If ordered ahead of time your half can be cut many
different ways. Below is a list of cuts and approximate
amounts in our stocked Buffalo halves. This is our
standard cut we do that includes most of the cuts you
can get from a Buffalo. 1/2's vary from 180lbs to 225 lbs
depending on the animal. If you decide on a quarter then
you get 1/2 of the 1/2.
All steaks are 1" thick unless otherwise noted.
