The Colorado Buffalo Grill has been in business since 2001. We are fully licensed and insured. We are also members of Colorado Proud and Colorado Cuisine and use CO Products whenever possible. We are unique because we are also the ranchers that raise the buffalo. This always amazes our customers because, how often can you say you know who raises the meat you eat. The RL Bison ranch is located in Elbert County Colorado where our herd is all grass fed, all natural, no hormones, no antibiotics, and no growth stimulants. Our meat is tender, sweet and delicious, all USA inspected. All of our main entrée's are Buffalo.
In addition to our seasonal events, we serve Breakfast and lunch and sell our Buffalo meat year round at our Parker Colorado location.
We have been recognized at many of our events with a variety of awards to include, Best bratwurst at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Most unique and best value at the Taste of Colorado, Best food at the Capitol Hill Peoples Fair 2 years, National Bison Associations, Best Chili and our Buffalo Nacho’s Supreme recipe will be spotlighted in the 2008 May Issue of Every Day with Rachel Ray’s magazine.

Our Electrical requirements our Minimal we normally utilize a small freezer if doing our Ice Cream cones about 4 amps, a steam table 9 amps, and Lights if required to operate after Dark. We like to have at least a 20’X 20’ space.
